Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely, you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our facility. Occasionally there may be unforeseen postal or customs delays that are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding.

My tracking isn’t updating yet.

For certain shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for tracking information to become available in the system after initially shipping.

What if my package never arrives?

Every order is shipped with insured shipping and handling to safeguard against lost packages. In the unlikely event your order gets delayed in customs, lost in transit, or returned to us, we’ve got you covered! While the postal service is out of our hands once an order leaves, we will reship your insured order via priority shipping with tracking provided whenever possible.
